Shipping Policy

Here at O What A Night we don’t like to over promise and under deliver.  We would love to ship all orders right away but that won’t be the case all the time. All orders are are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment, weekends not included. Depending on the current order volume we have and the available staff , your order could be shipped in 24 hours or less. We wanted to provide full transparency with our shipping timelines and thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

Here at O What A Night we have a NO RETURN POLICY. However, if the item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item. Please read defective and damaged policies below.

Damaged Policy

All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above mentioned condition, you must contact us within 7 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.

Defective Policy

Products that are purchased from O What A Night which are found to be defective must notify our customer care team within 7 days of your purchase.

Backorder Policy

O What A Night will usually cancel all back orders when the requested product is not available unless otherwise noted by the customer to not cancel. If the full amount was charged for the given items which are not in stock, an immediate credit will be provided to ensure our customers only get charged for items we have in stock and ship.
